By registering for a course or private lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Enrollment & Payment
Full Tuition: Payment is required in full before the start of any class or lesson package.
Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, Zelle, or personal checks. Please include the student’s name and course level in the payment memo.
2. Group Class Policies
Cancellations & Refunds: Requests for a refund or class transfer must be made at least 14 days prior to the course start date. These requests are subject to a $30 administration fee. Alternatively, you may postpone your registration to a later date with no fee.
Late Requests: No refunds or transfers are available for requests made 14 days or less before the start date. The only exception is an incorrect level placement, which requires instructor approval after the first class.
Attendance: There are no makeups, credits, or refunds for missed group classes.
Low Enrollment: If a class has fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or shorten the class duration. In such cases, students may transfer their credit or receive a full refund.
3. Private Lesson Policies
Package Validity: To maintain learning momentum, 10-week packages must be completed within 12 weeks, and 15-week packages within 17 weeks of the first lesson.
The 24-Hour Rule: Any cancellation or reschedule request made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
Rescheduling Limits:
10-Week Package: Maximum of 2 rescheduled lessons allowed.
15-Week Package: Maximum of 3 rescheduled lessons allowed.
Availability: All reschedules are subject to instructor availability. If a mutually agreeable time cannot be found within the package window, the lesson is forfeited.
4. General Provisions
Instructor Absence: If the instructor is absent, the lesson or class will be rescheduled.
Credits: Group class credits cannot be applied toward private lessons, and unused class time is non-transferable.
Code of Conduct: we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or poses a safety concern to students or instructors.
